Is there an admission price to enter the park?
No, there is no admission price to enter the park. Both entry and parking are free.
Do the tracks have age and height requirements to drive?
Yes, guests must meet both age and height requirements to drive. Age and height requirements can be found here.
If I have long hair, can I still ride Go-Karts and other rides?
Absolutely! But, long hair and loose clothing must be tightly secured before entering the track area. This is because long hair and/or loose clothing can get caught in the go-kart's moving parts, which can cause serious injury.
Guests without properly secured hair or clothing will not be permitted to ride, no exceptions. This rule is in place strictly for safety reasons, if you can secure/tie your long hair up, you are good to ride!
Are flip flops or sandals okay to wear to drive the go-karts?
Baja Amusements recommends that customers wear sneakers or closed-toe shoes to drive go-karts, but it is not a requirement.
Sneakers or closed-toe shoes are however required to climb on the Climbing Walls.
How long is each race?
Each go-kart race is 3-4 minutes.
How many points is each race?
Each race costs 40 points or a Wristband per kart. Passengers ride for free in double-seat go-karts and on Spin Zone.
How old does a child have to be to ride as a passenger?
Passenger must be a minimum of 2 years old and be able to sit up by themselves to ride.
Do points expire?
No, points do not expire. Points can be redeemed at any time. Wristbands will expire at the end of the allotted time purchased; with the ending time printed on the Wristband.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, Baja Amusements will continue to operate as long as possible but the park may close down until it is safe to reopen.
If you used points and your ride is ended early, you will be given a "raincheck ticket," which will grant you another ride. If you have a Wristband and the park closes due to rain, a Raincheck will be given for the amount of time remaining on the Wristband.
No refunds. Rainchecks and Tickets do not expire.
Do you offer Military Discounts?
Yes, Baja Amusements offers special Military Discounts. Present a valid ID to the cashier at the time of purchase. Thank you for your service!
Can I bring my pet into the park?
Only service dogs trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s condition will be allowed entry. Emotional support or comfort dogs are not service animals under the ADA.
Do you offer Group Discounts or Birthday Packages?
Yes. Please send an email to info@bajaoc.com to request group rates and birthday party information. Groups and parties must be booked 48 hours prior to reservation time and require a deposit at time of booking.
Is the park open year-round?
No, the park is not open year-round. Baja Amusements is open daily April - September and then open weekends until Columbus Day Monday in October.
